I know! It's not fair. Every time I buy a rotisserie chicken, I have to eat the skin off the breasts. I can't help myself.

I'm having chicken breast stuffed with chilli/basil/softcheese wrapped in parma ham tonight, might actually leave the skin on for a treat. Mmmmmmm
