crispy noodles
Does anyone know how to make crispy noodles? I've just got normal ones but I want them crispy for my stir fry, do I just shove them in the wok and fry them?

Crispy noodles are fried in a deep fat fryer.

If you're brave enough you can fill the wok with oil and just drop them in and prepare for splatter.
3 things: dangerous waste of oil a lot of cleaning |
