Who is in charge and head writer of Torchwood should another series be commissioned? Is RTD standing down from the whole Dr Who empire including Torchwood and SJA or just Dr Who? Is Stephen Moffat taking them all over? I was reading the interview posted below with RTD and it seemed to imply that if there was a 4th series then RTD would still be involved?

RTD has only stepped down from "Doctor Who".

In fact last night was the first episode of "Torchwood" he's directly written since October 2006.
