My Schnauzer loves it He always barks when he sees a dog on TV. I thought that they couldn't see the images on TV, but they must be able to.

Haven't got a dog but one of my cats has been known to watch the showjumping from time to time! lol

My cat does ... especially the football. Chases the ball with his paw!

One of my late departed cats used to love the snooker. He would sit on top of the TV & tap at the ball & when it went off the screen he would run behind the TV to try & find it!

Neither of the dogs is especially interested in TV but they do prick up their ears at the sounds of dogs barking or wolves howling.

Occasionally, but it tend to be animal noises that get his attention. I was watching Stephen Fry In America and he was fascinated by the wolves.


Our old family cat used to watch the showjumping, he also liked One Man And His Dog.

Our dog goes mental at anything animal on the tv. She barks at dogs, cats, lions, tigers and even the hippos that swim round on BBC1. It doesn't help that we have HD so the picture is super sharp, she even barks at the muppets!!

My miniature schnauzer loves tv especially tennis and football. Her favourite programme ever was the underdog show (on living). When 1 particular dog was on the screen she would always go over and try to touch it through the screen (every week) but with the other dogs she just watched.

Nope but ive got a friend with a cat who loves TV everytime a bird comes on or a fish she trys to get it , its so cute .

My 2 birdies love Jimi Hendrix especially crosstown traffic they go bonkers at it

My Lab loves the dog whisperer. She'll sit with her head cocked to one side and watch the dogs. Ocassionaly she'll go up to the tv and sit right in front of it to get a better view of the dog/s.

Really sweet when it happens

He barks sometimes if he hears a dog on the TV but he doesn't really watch it.

He has his own special TV anyway which he watches for hours and guards from the cat
