I really missed Tosh and Owen last night because they were my favourite characters. I liked the little unrequited love plot, I'm a sucker for that stuff! I was gutted when they were killed off.
HOWEVER, I'm not a complete numpty. I accept the characters are dead, the actors moved on, and that's television.
My only criticism of last night is that I just didn't like the dynamic of only having 3 members of Torchwood. How can they possibly cover everything? They can't have the computer/medical expertise that Tosh and Owen had, or why ever have those members in the first place? So I hope some new team members are introduced (Rhys maybe?) just to get back the sense of Torchwood being a team, a collective. I just don't get that sense with only 3 people.
