the only slight problem ive got is the extra families it was a shame that wasnt covered in series 2 I think Ianto's family are working better than Capt Jacks. IMO.

but all in all theres baddies you really do hate and that 60 mins is just totally flying past thats always a good sign.

I agree with you, the two episodes have really zipped by so far.

I don't entirely agree about the family's...thought Ianto's family were great last night, but the stuff with Jack's family is much more intriging and I think it is going to be more important to the plot in the end. We shall see though!

I agree with the time flying past thing. I start watching and before I know it, it's finished and I've never even realised. It's not often I get that engrossed in something.

I was skeptical about whether the week long format could work, but I can now say that I think it does. It keeps people coming back to find out what happens, whereas if it was broadcast over 5 weeks, people may not have bothered.
