Can you use the 2 for 1 orange wednesdays when prebooking tickets?
I've looked on the orange site but can't find the answer anywhere.
I'm looking to prebook for harry potter on the day it comes out (a wednesday) and use the 2 for 1 offer orange customers get, is it possible to do this and if so how? if i text film to the number tomorrow will this code be valid for wednesday 15th which i can enter into the promotional code section on the vue website when booking tickets? just looking for advice from anyone who has done this before really

the code is valid for the next wednesday - so if you text tomorrow it would be valid for only weds 15th. If you text today it will be vaild only for today.
Not sure if you can use the codes to pre-book tickets/ buy online though? |

No you can't use them in advance. See item 3 on the terms and conditons page.

you can walk in on the day and book for any time on that day but you can not get a pre order ticket online or for any other day.

You have to pay at the counter on the day, as the code has to be verified by a chip and pin-looking device which only operates on the day. Without doing that the cinema can't claim back the money from Orange.

When I worked for vue you could only use orange wednesday tickets after the first two weeks of a films release not in the first two weeks. Dunno if that still applies might be worth a check.

I know it was an old thread but i thought this was relevant
Odeon are now allowing you to use them when booking online http://www.odeon.co.uk/fanatic/film/...ign=sm_generic Only on the wednesday you want to use it on though, but knowing how crazy it gets on a wednesday its a very clever move |

i wanted some vip seats at my vue (with 2 for 1), and had to go in early in the day to book them. |
