The premiere episode is tomorrow night, Thursday 9th July 8pm (ET). It will be on at 1am British time.

I'm sure there will be sites streaming it live and the link will be posted in the Episode thread tomorrow night.

Can't wait!

Thanks for that......

Whats (ET)?

Also, is there a live launch show, where they go in and that, will it be streamed? Is thats what starts at 1am tomorrow night? Or do I have to wait for it to be uploaded?

So many questions!

Still, I can take a nap whilst watching live-feed on E4!!

Ill definitely be staying up to watch the show live...can't wait. And if you thought you liked Channel 4's p*ss poor efforts at live feeds, just wait till you see the real thing.

(ET) is the Eastern Time Zone for starters and (BBT or Big Brother Time) is Pacific time as the house is in Los Angeles. The East coast is the first airing of the show in the US and that is when many sites will stream the show live.

Don't expect much pomp in the US version. It is not the spectacle here as it is in the UK. The launch will not be live, the houseguests have been in the house since July 5th. What we'll will see tomorrow actually happened between July 5th and approximately July 8th.

The format of the television show focuses more on the gameshow aspects of the game. There are some storylines that get shown especially if it relates to a person's gameplay. That is where the live feed comes in. Without the live feed you'll never be fully up to speed to what is going on. That's just the way it works over here.

The internet feeds will turn on live tomorrow night (or for you early Friday morning). Sometimes they do it after the East coast television airing, sometimes they wait for the West coast to have the show aired first.

Thanks for clearing all that up for me!.....

I forget about the US timezones thing, guess thats why you need all the extra gizmos with a choice of feeds and stuff! I can imagine the riots here if everything had to be done London time - oh wait a minute it is!! LOL

Anyway, I think I am looking forward to the 'game-play' aspect the most - our version is so watered down, and the rules are strict, and all my favourites get evicted early!
I like the panto baddies!

Also, the live feeds this year have a feature where you can "jump" to any time or date in the past. So you guys will be able to see the things that happened after you went to bed that night or if you missed a day. That's kind of cool if it actually works as advertised.

The Flashback feature works great, they've added it today, been going through the BB10 live feed. Really cool feature.

That's good to know but the real test is how well it performs under heavy load which will be hammering away on their servers in 48 hours.

Just so I'm clear, whats the time difference between us and LA? I had hell last year trying to watch episodes an hour early, or worse, catching the last few minutes after being an hour late

The time is really dragging now. I am more impatient for BBUSA this year, than any other. I feel totally robbed of a decent BB this year. First the Aussie one is scrapped and then ours tried to palm us off with this load of c**p and no streaming.

BBUSA do NOT let me down.

They are 8 hours behind us. I don't think there have been any clock changes recently or any due.

I feel like we're in the NASA control room...

Bring on the launch of a decent Big Brother and a brilliant live stream!

LA is -8 hours from you chaps but remember the East coast gets first crack at the television program which is -5 hours from you.

Thursday (Live Eviction Nights) & Sunday (Food Comps & Nominations) shows will be aired Friday & Monday @1:00a for you.

Tuesday (POV Comp and POV execution) shows will be aired Wednesday @2:00am for you.

I admire the dedication to those of you that will stay up late to watch the shows as they air but I don't envy you one bit.

It's been great catching up on some of the major events of last years BB in full. Nice reminder as well.

It's my first experience with the US feeds as well and I must say they're much better than ours have ever been. Four cameras and much less stingy with the censoring.

The only problem is when I've used the quad cam and found an event I've wanted to watch seperately, I've had to start again to change cameras. Just a minor annoyance though and well worth such a useful feature.

This year for BB has been very poor. The beloved BBAU is dead and BBUK is half dead due to C4's incompetence. Glad BBUS is coming round to fill the void, with a proper live feed and all. Much better treatment towards their viewers and I can't wait for Friday so I can sit here basically all day and watch the premiere / live feed
