Heheh . I'm sorely tempted to vote very good early on because with James Moran as co-writer and following on from yesterday's episode, it's bound to be. However I think, I'll wait just incase.

Well that's 2 people already An early poll is almost as bad as a late one when it comes to distorting the figures - I'll be surprised if I don't end up voting Very Good if it carries on in the same vein as the last two nights, but I wouldn't dream of actually voting before I saw it, it defeats the object

nah, i think it is better than it being hours late, if you look at the poll from last nights episode it has about a quarter of the votes as the one from day one did. I doubt more than half a dozen or so will vote early, so i think it is less distorted this way.

I hope it keeps up the standard from the past couple of nights.

I have to say, much as I'm going to miss the extra episode time, I'm loving only having to wait 23 hours for the next installment!

yeah, me too...it really does make it feel like 'event tv' if you know what I mean....i find myself literally counting down the hours till the next installment.

Of course, the withdrawal will hit hard next week, but i'm trying not to dwell to much on that!

Me too. I don't believe that these 5 episodes would be half as good if they were broadcast over 5 weeks. The way they are being shown right now is perfect.

yep, i think your right. People were unhappy about the formate change at the start, but I think most are coming to realise the benefit of it.

Ideally next year we would get maybe two five part stories though...

The location reports for series 5 and Watch's airing of Who series 3 should fill the void before Waters of Mars in 4 months.
