I'd be suspicious of the meat thats in it.

I have only ever had tinned Heinz Ravioli and it's been ok. not had it for a wile though.

I'm not really suspicious of any food.

I too occasionally have the Heinz version for lunch - I know it's processed crap but it tastes OK??? Esp with some grated cheese, black pepper and a slice of bread and butter

I haven't had a proper home-made version though, would live to try it!!

I only eat the four cheese ravioli from either Morrisons or M&S so I'm not too suspicious of what goes into it... always tastes of cheese to me.

I've never made my own.... it just seems like such a time consuming waste of time.

Proper ravioili is very different from tinned stuff I assure you. Go to a good Italian restaurant and have it as a starter, a lot of the time there is no meat in them.

Why do you have to open them?
Just some form of curiosity?
Because I assure you, it's not part of the traditional 'eating of ravioli' routine.

I think maybe it should be with the Heinz stuff - gristly weirdness is all I remember from being forced to eat it as a child!

Proper fresh ravioli is a whole other experience - best I ever had was at a lovely Italian in Chelsea - thyme infused pasta cases that contained fig puree, parmesan and a jellied chicken terrine - it was incredible!!

No, but I don't trust sponge. I don't like the way it looks at me.

I always check burgers before I eat them by lifting the lid and having a snoop around. I do this because I once ordered a cheeseburger from a local kebab shop and it had a row of staples concealed amongst the lettuce.

When I was little I used to be scared of faggots. I used to fork through them to get the onions out. I never used to like eating the onions with them. Not got such a problem these days, must of grew out of it.

And yes Ravioli another scary predator!

I wouldn't eat lobster. Too many legs, like eating two spiders at once.

What?!! Please tell me you reported them?!
I used to work in a restaurant where the chefs regularly spat in food (and a couple of times far worse!) if the waitresses reported the customer as rude/mean/arsey etc.. and as a result I never let bad service irk me and always tip, especially if I plan to return - I can't live with the idea of what I might consume otherwise!!

You can ask the restaurant to de-shell it for you - lobster is awesomeness on a plate - and I try not to eat any seafood or shellfish so that's saying something from me!

I don't like faggots .

There's parts of town where they serve rissoles but I never go around there, alway avoid it.

Ravioli , well the texture is something I've never accepted . Always slimy and with hardly any flavour . I haven't eaten it for many years.

And yet I dig the Tortellini - coming from someone who is fussy about eating some pasta that is saying something.

I'd suggest you try Ravioli at a good restaurant as it shouldn't be slimy or lacking flavour.
