Smoked Gammon Joint - uninspired
Afternoon all, I've hit a blank mind day and although I know we're having this gammon joint for tea, I'm uninspired what to make WITH it.
Bored with the usual potatoes peas n sweetcorn route so could anybody offer me an alternative that they like doing themselves that is a winner please? ![]() Excuse the random boring post people, like I say, I'm completely uninspired for some reason today! |

This looks quite nice, easy too. If you can't get Lima beans I suppose haricot or kidney will do.
