Can someone explain this to me, as my head is fried. We signed up to the bronze pack about 3/4 months ago, with that was a credit that was due to be applied for half price for 3 months. All well and good, I wasn't to impressed so phoned up to cancel, they made an other offer which I think worked out at 6 months free, So can someone explain how we have come to have 2 bills which have come to £30 in total, I phoned customer service who did nothing but wreck my brain. But if we took it out 3 months ago and got an offer for free for 6 months how come we have got 2 bills 3-4 months after talking it out

Now, I'm not a BT fan even though I am a Vision subscriber, however your situation leaves me puzzled.

If you signed up to a 'value' pack of any kind then surely you also agreed to a contract of some kind? hence the half price for 3 months bit. BT don't offer value packs on a trial basis so you must be tied into them for a period of time?

if BT then offered further discounts when you phoned to complain and you accepted then are you not simply extending that period of contracted time and revoking what was previously agreed?

do you think you aren't in a contract? did you pay for the box?
Your OP is incomplete.
