So i cooked a tagine .... loads left over ...what now.
I have just cooked a lamb tagine (sadly i havent got a tagine so more like a moroccan lamb caserole but ....)
Anyway ... WOW pure beauty My question is what is the best thing to do with it, i had it with cous cous. I would like it for dinner tomorrow at work, am i ok waiting for it to chill then putting some in the freezer and some in the fridge (for tomorrow) Also if i was to make some cous cous in the morning then put it in a lunch box (cold) with the tagine then reheat would that be ok ? or |

I can't see any problems there. It's a good bet that the stew will taste better tomorrow.
Not sure how to get the best out of the cous cous. I'm not a fan, but I can't see a problem with reheating it. You may want to add a bit more liquid as it may become a bit stodgy. |
