Boobs - and it waiting until she sees the results of her sister's boob job before going ahead with the op herself. Says her tits need to be bigger "To compensate for my hips"

Nose - "From some angles, it looks awful"

Toes - Boyfriend Jonathan Woodgate calls her "Nik -Naks "because they're long an knobbly like the crisps of the same name"

Fat - Kate wants to lose excess Christmas pounds and is working with a personal trainer 3 times a week.

Pear-shape Figure - it's why she's considering a boob job.

Says her eyes are her best asset, tried the Atkins diet but gave up after a week and starts the interview with "I think I am obsessed with having the perfect body" - praising Heidi Klum etc. Adds "Jolie (Richardson from Nip/Tuck which is the theme of the interviews) has a fantastic body but I am not surprised that there are things she'd like to change about herself. Any woman who says there aren't is lying".
