Ntlvs1001 (bd3000)

Hi i have a ntlvs1001 but whenever i answer a call on one of the handsets the other one doesn't let me listen in i just hear a beeping noise. I want to get this resolved beause i need to answer the phone and it's a pain going to my mums room and giving it to her when she could just use the phone in her room as she's disabled.

That is how it works. No way to change it.

You can however transfer calls to the other handset. Press the Phonebook button on the handset that has answered the call. Ener the number of the other handset then when they answer press the big green button to transfer the call.

As explained on page 16 of the manual
