Smoked salmon wings
At the Dutch Grand Prix (Motorcycle racing) I had some smokes salmon wings. It was a first for me and they were absolutely delicious. Far better than regular smoked salmon. It reminded me of smoked eel.
But here's the question. What are salmon wings? |

http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourc...lr%3D&aq=f&oq= Apparently it's the smoked belly of the salmon. High in Omega-3 and flavour. On it's way to become a staple of the modern buffet. |
