Eastenders
1. Christian - Fun, three dimensional, well acted.
2. Masood Ahmed - well acted, interesting, likeable.
3. Archie Mitchell - utter b**stard, sinister, great villain.
4. Jay Brown - Complex young character, v well acted, realistic
5. Zainab - Unlikeable, controlling, Fearsome, Bloody brilliant.
Emmerdale
1. Natasha Wylde - Three dimensiona, a great,s trong willed, interesting and feisty character
2. Nathan Wylde - utter b**tard, but a very interestng, watchable b**tard
3. Cain Dingle - a bit different than before, but still the most complex, morally ambigious villain in soap.
4. Andy Sugden - unlikeable, interesting, lot of back story that adds to the realism of the character.
5. Paddy - good at the comedy stuff and especially the serious stuff, as proven altely. normal, likeable character. never thought id say this but lately ive ben lovin paddy, especially in the wee family unit he has now.
Hollyoaks
1. Ste - complex, unlikeable, interesting
2. Ash - ditto above, yet more unlikeable - evolving into an awesome villain.
3. Spencer - unrealistic as a disabled person? maybem but he's an incredably sweet, likeable, and lvoely character all the same.
4. Natty - just seems like a normal, likeable guy. played by prob one of the best actors in the show at the moment.
5. Darren - what a rascall!
Coronation Street
1. Ted - bland? maybe. likeable, great common sense, just generally awesome? yup.
2. Tony - The most complex villain in soap. relationship with maria atm is alternatively both sweet and disturbing.
3. Eileen - doesnt get much to do, but lets face it - LEGEND
4. Rosie - two reasons.
5. Sean Tully - the inevitable death scene will be amazing.
Last two corrie ones were not quite so serious. Just in case you didn't realise
