Its got to be 100% for me Whitney Houston. Alicia Keys us pretty fantastic too actually and also, surprisingly, I think Beyonce has a superb voice. Heard her sing If I were a boy and Listen live and she was amazing.

Well its certainly not Mariah Carey.

For me it has to be Dusty Springfield. She is vastly under-rated.

I agree that Dusty is brilliant but I wouldn't say that she is under-rated Everybody I have ever heard mention her name has agreed that she had a phenomenal voice.
