Wow! Totally forgot abouth Alison Krauss; she's got an amazing voice.

My personal faves (in alphabetical order as I can't begin to put them in order of favouritism):

Eva Cassidy
Norah Jones
Sarah McLachlan (want Angel played at my funeral. Bit morbid, I know, but there you go!)
Pink
Nina Simone
Tracey Thorn (Everything But The Girl)

Judith singing All Over The World is beautiful Even in 2009, though her breath control may not be as good, her voice is as pure and sweet as it was in the 1960's

I absolutely agree. Have you heard "For All We Know"? Her voice on that makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Superb.

Sure, I have all Moyet's vinyl releases. She's nearly perfect, but Mitchel, Durham and Krauss are all 100% perfect.

Is it true Judith Durham was an alto? If you listen to "500 Miles", she shows herself to be an equally good soprano.

"Love Letters" which Alison sings, is a nice song, but its sad
Wasn't she also in Yazoo, who sang "Only You"?

I agree. I personally prefer Christina when she tones it down a bit, but then again, it'd be pointless letting the power she has go to waste.
