Alternatively she's got plenty of spare time herself - like 24 hours a day! She could do her own website, like her mate Jonny did. Its the only way she's going to get one it seems and I'm sure her 3 fans and family (assuming they are not one and the same) would enjoy it.

As for the people who got banned from here, they deserved it. If you can't make your point without being obscene or abusive you're not worth listening to and good riddance I say. :sleep:

Kate fans had a good 2003, we had no need to get our "Kate fix" from a web site as we could see Kate on TV on an almost daily basis. I know Kate is taking a well deserved break while she considers numerous offers, all I hope is that she remembers her fans and does some more UK TV work before heading off to take Hollywood by storm.

I'm glad you reminded me of Jonnys site; it is the cheesiest thing I have ever seen. I recommend everyone goes to the site to see how one mans ego can be captured via the humble pixel.

I would like to see Londoncalling back, as it would be interesting what her reaction is to having been proved to be "right all along", and how she regards those who persecuted her for telling (what we now know to be) the truth. Like a John the baptist figure, a voice calling out in the wilderness but peoples ears were closed.

I was genuinely sorry too when London was banned although sometimes, strangely, I still have a sense that he's with us here on the boards. Its uncanny ............ :sleep:

i think Kate is fairly IT savvy and would have known these sites all get a bit cheesy-so she has as far as I am aware offerred no encouragement for such a conventional fanzine site-probably the opposite.
Different for Bands where they can offer breaks to fans like early ticket news etc.-Kate 's stuff is pretty much widely publicised for her by the general media anyway.
(hit rates can easily be adjusted by the way-whatever)

On the thread topic-I was not here this time last year but I expect the time of Jan Feb Mar Apr would have been very quiet and barren with no BB running.
So you would expect not a lot of activity on a BB notice board.

They can and I can think of one BB site, now defunct, where they were. But that doesn't apply to Alex's site where the counting is done by a neutral outside body.

As for Kate, she must be the only "celebrity" with a fan base that reduces the more she appears on the box. Generally, people pick up fans/sites the more they appear, but not Kate it seems......

Actually, of course, she did have some fan sites when she left the house. But once the teenies found out that the Spencer romance was just a sham they turned against her. Its sad really....

If Kate has a genius its for alienating people who didn't mind her in the house. She excels at that certainly. Personally she lost me on "Winners Week" and plenty more besides I should think - not that I was over keen on her in the first place. But even C4 has turned against her now it seems.

The simple fact is that the only people bothered about Kate are her nearest and dearest. A lot of them are probably on this thread.

I assume you are talking about the 10-minute bits they showed during the week and then batched up altogether at the weekend.

I thought Kate was very excited and charming-but still quite nervous of people recognising her and coming up to her-like in some sort of dreamworld.
Were there any incidents you can remember(assuming you do not "have it on tape")that you especially did not like?
