IDEAS TO SAVE OUR CURRENT CROP OF POP STARS!

Madonna - return to a confessions on the dancefloor 2..stuart price is your new muse!

Geri Halliwell - ressurect your career....you are one fo the few british pop females with energy when you perform... record covers of so macho and 100% pure love

Will Young - you are growing older and becoming more light jazz than pop.... your last album was adored by critics but the fans were not impressed.... it was .... boring and hence the poor sales. Hit the dance floor boy...Give Calvin Harris a call!

Kylie - X the album had some gems but it also had some really mixed mess.... grab a sense of your style.... your unreleased songs such as spell of desire were classics and somehow you didint even include them on your album! Foolish! Call Richard X up !!! Get back to your roots.... ps...america wants dance and indie kylie not fake pop rand b kylie!

I gotta say that this thread did make me laugh but then I am not a fan of pop music..

Madonna - Stop dressing like a 20yr old & release something decent which isn't a cover or a shoddy dance track which has a sample of a clasic song put in.

Geri - She has as much chance as having a decent pop career as hurricane boyle.

Will Young - Should have been shot for his cover of Light my fire ( Not my words, some American judge on World Idol said it). But I do have to agree with him .

Kylie - Agreed she needs to go back to her routes

To be honest, none of them I'd particularly want to save. Creatively they're all spent or were useless to begin with. Surely they've got enough money now to retire with their dignity and let us concentrate on newer acts. They're all irrelevant as far as I'm concerned.

Probably to do with the fact that i'm not a fan of pop either...

He always was "light jazz". Poor sales eh? Multi-platinum sales for all four albums seems OK to me. I loved his last album and I am a fan!

Don't you know he has released a dance single - Tell Me the Worst! Only on digital - it's doing well in the club charts I think. Haven't checked lately.

As for complaining about Light My Fire - give it a rest, it is nearly eight years ago.
