Ive been meaning to come on this thread since I first spotted that David is a natural comedian, without knowing it, and to my mind that is what is so hilarious. As someone has already said, he is very much like Keith Lemon, but the real thing. He must be kept in at all costs. This show badly needs a laugh and David is the only really funny hm there. I love his humility, he knows how lucky he is (or unlucky!) to have succeeded in the auditions and is enjoying every moment of his time in the house.

I'd like David to stay for as long as possible as he is very entertaining. As ever, it is up to the producers how they play it, let's hope they come up with some good tasks that allow the hms to shine.

You're so right, he is an unwitting comedy genius....can't believe so few folks have picked up on it!

Hopefully he'll be allowed to shine now that the Doreen show has finally finished

I want to lend my support to David and would love to join the appreciation thread. I feel so sorry for him at the minute regarding all this 'Bea' stuff, she is a right nasty person

Oh yes! I loved Pete Burns's causticity because he usually had a point! I was delighted to see him on BBBM for Noirin and I wish he'd been given more opportunity to speak.

My OH detests him, but I think PB is pretty smart.

Another David fan here. Loved his one-liner - "I may be a queen, but I am a feisty f*****g queen".

I love Yorkshire Puddings....Bea shot herself in the hoof messing with our boy!

I didn't like him much, but I thought he handled himself well yesterday, and Bea came out of it looking very bad. Good luck to him.

I do hope they are all up and Bea goes after her vicious and sustained attack on David. I thought he aquitted himself well yesterday.

The way she is targeting him is most unpleasant, however he does seemed to have gained a fair few new supporters, so maybe she did him a favour

We have to hope there are enough to prevent him departing on Friday as I feel he is very vulnerable in a vote to save. I was a massive Freddie fan but have just watched a video of the fall-out and am shocked at his maniacal laughing at David. Bea certainly hasn't done him any favours.

BBLB were very anti-David tonight - I hope he gets a fair edit on the H/Ls. I have a bad feeling about Friday.

Now don't shout at me ( as I'm a Freddie supporter), but I've got to say that I do like David. I can just imagine that he would make a very loyal and supportive friend and I do hope he stays this week. If Lisa goes it would be the best thing for him - he can make his peace with the others and she can stop poisoning his mind against them.
