So I just watched the line up this morning.
Was liking the line up of the Prodigy, Bassment Jaxx, faithless etc until it got to Basshunter and then Cascada...

What the fudge?
I'm sorry but you cannot call those two last artists superstars, I would class them as stars (to an extent) but not superstars. Fair enough I'm not a fan but, what have they done for their genre of music to be considered the title of being a superstar. I can under stand the rest of the artists in the list, for example Fat Boy Slim, Prodigy, Daft Punk, if you look at their contribution to dance and the different types of influences and genres they have created or used within their work and how long they have been around for They would be called superstars as you have to be established as an artist to be come a superstar. Cascada and basshunter remind me back in the days of artists such as DJ Quicksilver, I've heard it all before but then music does go round in circles, I just can't justify those artists as superstars.

Calvin Harris is possibly getting their slowly as he has good production techniques but i find some of his work hit and miss but give him time I'll think he will become a superstar.

However the term superstars is used too much, for example X factor hopefuls/winners get called that. thats just silly.
