yeah I noticed that. confuddling!
On the assumption that River is human- we have no evidence to suggest that Time Lords can cross breed with humans (a certain line was a joke taken way too far as far as I'm concerned!). That would suggest rather more similarities between Time Lord and human physiology and biochemistry than the coincidence that the two species happen to look alike. Unless of course some sort of star trek get out clause is employed.
The original pic where she's in green couldn't have been taken today. It was on official BBC Dr Who site with write ups and everything before 9am this morning.

At least she gets to change colour even if it is the same outfit, along with the Retro TARDIS maybe they are going back to the point where companions wear the same outfit story after story
