![]() At least he's clean, though. No chance of finding a spare Fruit Roll-Up during an inspection. |

I can't believe Ronnie has got a chance again in this game. Most of them aren't going to go through with this backdoor plan and instead Jeff, Jordan, Casey or Michele will be evicted next week.

It is sad. I just hope Casey wins HOH and clocks onto the fact people were not wanting to go with the plan and evict Russell or Jessie!

diewinelle wrote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i didn't know lydia and natalie paid ronnie a visit last night. natalie told him not to trust russell. they also told him they wanted to bring him food but nobody would let them. anyone see this? I didnt see it - only read about it. Time to hit up the flashback until wake up call. It happened about 2:45 - 3:00am BB time. I cant believe they said no one would let them bring food. It was only Ruscle that mentioned not bringing him food. And I sure as hell didn't hear Lydiot or NataCunt speaking up about taking him some food! They also told him that Kevin and Chima were not mad at him and won't put him up (well Chima can't). I can't wait to see when Ronnie tells Chima about this - and he will once he tries to get back into the fold with his alliance next week. "Natalie and Lydia told me that you weren't mad at me" |

Just the evidence, I'm afraid:
78% of Americans believe in God: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_perce...believe_in_God 55% of British believe in God: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9879388/ No intention to offend, but any comparative religion expert would tell you that, as a generalisation, that Americans are more influenced by religious factors than the British. And the slang term "yanks" is not offensive, nor is "Brits" or "Kiwis". I personally don't mind it, others may, but please, don't tell me it cannot be construed as offensive. My problem was with your comment was in regards to Ronnie and the bible. I found that insulting. If you for one second think I'd take any crap info from wiki (which anyone can edit) you are very much mistaken. Regardless of the percentage, your comment belittled the entire country! That's what I found offensive. I don't like Ronnie, and bible or no bible, like I'd care! You labeled me. If you really thing the 'rednecks' in the south are watching, think again! You need to check demo's! (That was a purpose insult!) I don't want to argue over this, I like your posts and enjoy a little debate, don't tag us all as 'bible belt nutters!' Yes that was me who typed that. That was all I was trying to say, but it was late! Still don't buy the wiki stats! That's kinda scary! Steph |

while I try to avoid pigeon holing as it is an exercise which comes with obvious dangers......... if I was to do some pigeon holing of the British it would involve a heavy slice of ironic, satirical and cynical mickey taking............. sometimes we say things just to experience the naughty feeling of growing a pair of horns
and like it or not the nation on average is well out of love with the church... we may not be the French who revolt at the slightest sign of being controlled...... but we certainly recognise those moments where it could be construed that we are being .............. mix into that the decades of american acceptance speeches where people MUST be seen to thank god ....and Ronnie being seen to be all over the bible when his place in the house is precarious and public feeling about him might be less than he would like ....... and I would fully expect someone British to step forward with a withering and acidicly cynical comment on it its just a cultural thing |
