Her album is currently at #64 after dropping from #57. It's spent 4 weeks in the chart and probably hasn't gone gold yet.

Chart run: 18, 42, 57, 64.

..that's bad considering it was the follow up to a 2xplatinum debut album and the first single was a #1. She'll probably be dropped next year.
I hope Pixie is not dropped. Mind you, she is appearing on tv quite a bit so seems to be taking care to stay in the limelight just in case. She was on Something for the Weekend today. On Friday she was on This Morning and Chris Moyles Big Quiz. Seeing her twice on the same day so soon before Christmas has left me thinking:
I wish it could be Pixie everyday!

What Do You Take Me For
Kiss The Stars (Jingle Bell Ball, O2 Arena in London)
All About Tonight (Live on Lorraine)

I still haven't bought the album yet but I intend to at some point. Is it worth getting the deluxe edition?

I personally think so, there's about 5 extra tracks on the deluxe (or is it 6? I'll have to check again). I'm pleased I did.

I like the song but the video reminds me of September's Cry For You video.

That was my first thought.

Though the song always reminds me of this BGT audition!

I don't remember that BGT audition! I remember when September's Cry For You came out first. It came out a few weeks before I started university and I remember it being on the music channels all the time!

Not keen on her new single (one of the weakest songs on her album, imo) but I really love her Young Foolish Happy album. It's far better than her debut, for me. I just wish she'd released better songs from it than What Do You Take Me For (that awful generic rapping on it, urgh!) and now Kiss The Stars (rip off of Sugababes' Push The Button, anyone? The intro/backing music, anyway). The video is just "ok" to me, but she's done a lot better.

Love Pixie, though. Very talented singer/dancer.

^ That's what I was thinking. I hope it doesn't flop like her last album did.

Listening to Turn It Up Louder. I always associate it with winter. I haven't listened to it for ages.

What's going on with Pixie, anyway?

In my head, I often confuse it with “Turn It Up Louder” by Parade!

Pixie’s “Turn It Up” was a really great song though! In my opinion, her second best single, after “Mama Do”. I still sing Mama Do all the time. Just such a great song!

Personally, I wasn’t keen on “All About Tonight”, which seems to have gone down very well with the public as I keep hearing it played on TV shows and such. Why doesn’t Mama Do get played like this?

Wasn’t keen on “Kiss The Stars”, either. Just thought it was boring, unoriginal and forgettable. But “What Do You Take Me For” is a cracker of a song… and, wow, that video was a shock. A nice shock!

Looking forward to whatever she does next! I’m well and truly subscribed to her YouTube channel!

It makes me laugh that she’s just about the only British pop star who smiles while performing! Good for her! Hope she keeps smiling! Pop has got too miserable these days.

Been listening to loads of Pixie older stuff that I wasn't keen on the first time round such as Broken Arrow and Cry me out. I'm now loving these songs. Although, for me, the number 1 song is turn it up

Hello! Long time no speak/type!

Pixie Lott has announced a third album. Apparently the first single is to be released in January.

Album announcement and album cover

I was not at all keen on her second album but I enjoyed the first one. Looking forward to hearing new material. Hopefully it will be better than the second album.

Nasty is at number 6 at the moment.

Do you like the song? It's growing on me very slowly.

Pixie is on Loose Women at the moment and she's saying that the album will be out in the spring.
