Is it possible to cancel a BT Account before the 12 months are up? Im currently a BT account holder at 2 addresses, and Im moving out of one of the properties but keeping the other BT account on.

DO i have to pay a charge?

Hi there, you will be held to term for the reminder of your contract on the account that you are cancelling..
