Humax HDR no rf out

I’ve just bought a Humax FOXSAT-HDR PVR, but I’ve also got Sky+

Old set up:
Lounge:- 1 lnb into sky + 1lnb to Humax HD (not a recorder), enabled single recording on Sky+, but able to watch HD on Humax, aerial connected to Sky+ piped through to kitchen tv to watch recordings or current channel on Sky+ via RF out, obviously no viewing in kitchen of what’s on the Humax.
Bedroom 1:- 1 lnb into Sky (not+) TV Link magic eye through to 2nd bedroom, aerial connected, also piped through to kitchen to watch current channel on upstairs Sky via RF out.

New set up:-
Bedroom 1:- I’ve moved Sky+ upstairs, magic eye works fine, I want to attach the Humax HD to the HD TV in 2nd bedroom, I could add another lnb to the quad on the dish and feed to 2nd bedroom, but alternatively, could I remove Sky+, attach Humax HD to current lnb and attach tv in 2nd bedroom via a long HDMI cable? Also with no rf in or out, I’d not be able to pipe picture to kitchen, although I suppose I could transfer the magic eye to the kitchen?
Lounge:- I've attached two lnbs to Humax FOXSAT-HDR, to enable full facilities – works a treat, I’ve attached Humax to Sky with a scart cable thinking it would act as a rf modulator but without a lnb, just get no satellite signal being received which is piped through to kitchen. I've also tried an unused DVD recoreder to use as a RF modulator, but still have no joy, I would like to pipe whatever is on the Humax through to the kitchen, how do I do this. I have no boosters, splitters or anything similar, all piping is through aerial. Also, if I go for the additional LNB to send to 2nd bedroom, does anyone know of someone cheap who can do it in the Shropshire area, my husband would do it, but we only have a double extension ladder, and as the dish is on the chimney, the ladders won't reach.

Just to answer part of your query. Amazon sell a scart to rf converter

No idea how practical it is. I will be getting one soon to allow me to pipe an RF signal to my Kitchen. The rest of your query I cannot help with. Good luck
