BBC iplayer/40d/You tube problems.....
I used to have no problems watching stuff online but now when ever I wanna watch something on Iplayer , youtube etc the programm jumps every few seconds and it gets unwatchable because coz of the jumping.
any ideas? thanks |

They all use flash player so i'd try reinstalling it from Adobe.com

Im with bt and running vista .
Its the same all the time . When I load a clip off you tube for example it plays for a few seconds ok then that small grey loading dotty circle thing in the middle comes up then disaperars then comes up again and so on. thanks for any help

Then ask BT to check your line. If you previously had no problems then there might now be a fault on the line. Have you recently changed anything - for example, have you got a new phone, but neglected to put a filter on it? Try disconnecting the phone(s) while you retry the speed test to see if it makes any difference.
