Subtitles coming up when timeshifted on ITV1??

I have the Humax Foxsat Freesat+ HD box.

Lately i have noticed when i pause on ITV1 and then play, subtitles automatically come on, and i can't turn them off. If i press SUB, it just says 'Subtitles not available in timeshift'

I haven't tried it on other ITV channels, but it didn't do it on C4 or BBC One. So far it only seems to be doing it with ITV1, but haven't tried it on many other channels yet.

Does anyone else have this problem, or does anyone know how to stop this? Its really starting to get annoying.

Thanks for any advice.

This is a known bug, it happens and it very annoying. We are all waiting for the big update from Humax which may, or may not cure the problem - You are not alone

Humax's handling of subtitles is a major cluster****.

That area is so bug ridden it's hard to believe it went through any serious testing.
