I am trying to add Tiscali+ to my package, however everytime the site gets to the pick a date bit i select a day and click next and the website just goes blank. I go back and try again and it does exact same thing

Can someone from the team check? do i need to PM someone information?

I would ring up but i have about as much faith in the telephone customer services as i do in Gordon Browns ability to run this country. Also i have everything saved on my pc so i login and dont have to remember my acc numbers etc

I couldn't get the web site to add tiscali+ either.
Although I can add / change all my packages from there.

In the end I rang up, they can find you with your name address & phone number,
You will have to setup a time for them to come & swap the boxes over. I think that's what the web site can't cope with ! ?

Hello,

At risk of sounding like an IT type (which I most definitely am not) have you tried doing this from another machine or using another browser?

I've found (on a Mac at least) that a site which loads & runs fine in one browser - Safari say, won't function properly in another - eg Firefox.

I know this is most likely because the vast majority of websites are designed to run with M*crosoft's Internet Explorer but it might be worth downloading something like Google Chrome or Firefox & trying the process using one of those (assuming you are currently using IE).

If that doesn't work then I guess Tiscali's website is up the bucket & you will probably have to call customer services - in my experience not the nightmare it has been in the past -so you may well be ok..

Good luck anyway.

Regards,

David.

I did try explorer & firefox, on different machines, with no luck.
Concluded it's Tiscali, & ringing up & booking actually worked OK - unheard of .
Go figure !
