I don't think anyone is suggesting Gethin was 'got at' just that he's not stupid enough to criticeise his employer publicly, the same with other ex-contestants who either work for the BBC now or know they might in the future.”

that is exactly what was being suggested, completely absurd and quite frankly insulting to question Gethins integrity. A few narrow minded viewers not watching the show will make no difference to the ratings.

You really are clutching at straws here to suit your own dumb argument. Alesha has done nothing to be sorry for, if she had not taken the job then someone else would. You have said you will not support her in any way, have you bought any of her records or been to any of her concerts, i highly doubt it. hopefully you will enjoy watching x factor or whatever is on when the rest of us are enjoying SCD, you will not be missed”

Why do you ask questions, only to answer them yourself. You have no way of knowing what the poster meant by support, unless you give her the opportunity to answer for herself.

btw wasn't Gethin being a bit contradictory with this final remark.

‘Dancing is scary enough, I’ll leave the judging to the professionals,’ he adds.

Good to be back on this forum. Why oh why did the bbc not employ someone with technical dancing knowledge. Foolish. Doesn't make any sense.
