I've just downloaded and printed my bill.
1) They've upped my monthly amount to £15.45 - it should be £11.25 for the plan on a 12 month rolling contract. After 15 minutes I got through to a foreign call centre and he said I'd rung up in March to cancel it. Well I haven't and nor has Mrs. He couldn't alter it.


I then tried this new live chat and, bless her, Natalie reckons she's got it rolling again. Mind you, I can't have the bill reduced, I've to wait for the next bill in three months for that to happen. WHY?
2) They've got a new scam - alter the rental date to the bill date and they can charge the best side of four months in advance instead of three. Clever isn't it? "It will all revert to normal next bill". Aye, 'appen, but they've still got an extra month for nowt.
