I got a problem with ITV HD I get press red for HD but all I get after doing so is a black screen no sound with a press blue to go back to main channel I tried rebooting humax box without luck
It’s the same on its 977 itv London anyone any idears

I did re scan the other day after having the same problem on the moon thing was it at the weekend trying again now
theres so much on ITV hD its hard to remember

A factory reset normally sorts this one out.

Ok i done that but cant test till ITV shows something in HD
Where is the setting that we set to "original" i cant find it

EDIT found it v-format on remote i was looking in menus

Can mods move this thread to other thread which i hadn't seen
