I think (but am not sure) it was a sound effect on IACGMOOH - or did it happen there?

YES IT DID!
Gawd - leapt out of my chair! I swear they yanked the volume up a bit too, they knew full well what they were doing! I thought it was irritating at the best of times, when they cut out the sound, but hey - bring back those chirpy crickets kicking their back legs!
