Try clearing your cookies and turning off any pop-up blocker or firewalls you have running.
I had similar problem when the competition was originally running & I think I did something like that to fix it... |

Please send this information together with your till receipt or other proof of purchase to the address below. Proof of purchase can be either an original till receipt, an upgrade letter or invoice from your network. Please note that we cannot accept photocopies. All originals will be returned together with your cheque. We would advise you to keep a photocopy of your proof of purchase for your own records. Samsung Fun Club Christmas Promotion Dept SS001 PO Box 900 Aylesbury HP22 4XA Please send all your documents before the 15th of February 2004. Closing date for buying a phone was end of this phone I thought, dunno when they stopped doing the voucher on the site but it was a christmas promotion.
I sent my details off yesterday (after buying a x600 two weeks ago), see how long it takes for my cheque to arrive..... |

Well clearing cookies/firewall/popup killer didnt work but like I say that forms there for anyone else having issues...
Just to make sure once again Buy a Samsung phone before 31st or on 31st Jan (this sat) receipt must say 31st or before! Update Samsung fun club website with phone info Go to winners url, enter details and print off grab the print offs with receipt and send off to the address I posted before 15th Feb. And then wait 10-2 months for your 50 quid Cheque

I can't seem to find any high street shop selling the C100 for £69 & I don't really feel like risking getting it in time from an online store... Guess that's my £50 wasted!

Or u can go to mobilesuk.net where I got mine from for £78, I ordered from them since my Switch didnt work via orange website but they too had next day delivery![]() It doesnt matter even if the phone comes on 10th February... it only has to say 31st or before on the receipt which u will get an online reciept anyhow ![]() No reason to go for it really

lol nice 1st post
Im sure maybe someone out there would wanna make use of the voucher but I belive certain things are setup Ie the email/address on reciept must match the person who won the voucher and other stuff like that... But id advise u get someone with the voucher to go thru the terms and conditions properly... cos samsung are clever and said no gifts/second hand phones count and stuff like that.. Maybe nicholarse may have lost his chance to get 50 quid back from this page: http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...e3f4dc4ds.html Its an idea, proberly wont work but who knows lol |

Was a strange situation - only started seriously looking for a phone this morning. Bought my C100 late this afternoon and then did a trawl on the internet for info on a free unlock.
I came across the voucher info and obviously am too late. It will be interesting if I can take advantage with a colleague. If I can't, then I cant complain with the deal I got courtesy of Reestit Mutton's page. It works for me. Cheers Chap! http://www.lauriem.plus.com/bargain_basement.html |

Hmmm... Just received my C100 & the receipt says the 3rd of Feb for the dispatch date (even though I bought it on the 29th of Jan) and the delivery date as today.
It's still not been charged to my switch card so I don't really have any proof other than my printed online receipt, which I'm dubious about using considering they say they'll only accept original receipts as opposed to photocopies. Just need to try it I guess & if they refuse to accept it I'll send the phone back. |

Yeap as a I feared and the prob with that is u usualy only have 7 days or 2 weeks to return the phone back again... to get your refund.
And belive me the C100 @ 70-80 isnt really worth it ! id rather spend £140 and get a T610.... which is 100x better. Either way id advise just writing a small note and print off the online reciept even the email and in the note make sure u state it was ordered off on 31st Jan, and state the mobile company u brought it from can verify it as well as the email/online reciept u printed. State the original receipt only states the delivered date and not the date purchased, u know what I mean anyhow

Yeah, I know what you mean...
I wasn't even trying to get it for me: my friend needs a new phone & for £20 (£30 once you get it unlocked) it's not too bad, but it's never worth £70 or £80. It's only dual band for god's sake! I know Samsung do that a lot with their phones, but whether it's so they can have product differentiation on different continents or just because they're cheap I'll never know... |

It's 14 days you get to return to Orange, btw, but since they took 6 days to deliver that only leaves me 8...

Yeah bit of a tuff spot really, but really id say u aint got any issues cos u can just say to Samsung there wrong if they give u any talkback cos Orange will have the record of the time and date when u ordered.

Originally posted by highlander Seriously, Samsung's Ts&Cs are out of whack, with wrong dates quoted for cheques... all emails are autoresponded and someone actually got their cheque back with some chips and tomato sauce in the envelope! So I honestly wouldn't recommend trying to argue with them... make it simple and abide by the rules, they don't seem like the most efficient operation.

lol not really helping The Bhoy, but yeah I agree Samsung are a totaly joke.
I dont like the way the E700 came out half a year ago and they still havent been able to release it on PAYG properly... And when I won the 50 quid voucher no email was even sent to me to confirm I won or how to claim it back! Its like some force stopping me from getting it.... and when I emailed them can I plz be told the instructions on how to claim it they didnt bother to email me ! Had to ask on this very board wtf to do lol And then when I tried to register it kicked me back to the same screen and wouldnt go to step 2 lol Im surprised they emailed me that I could just jott on some paper and claim my 50 quid that way.... Ive had enuff of Samsung and thats just from the above ! |

Just had a thought...
Could I not just return the C100 now that I've sent away for the promotional offer anyway? If they send me my £50 great, I can keep it or order the phone again, otherwise I've lost nothing anyway! Anyone see any flaws with that plan? |
