I thought this might be first letter of up and Hotelier's = U + H, with the fodder of 'fans Geordie pet' to make a 16 letter anagram with vigorously as the AI.
Possibly 'The <blank> Of <blank>' but nothing's coming so I may be misreading the clue! |

No, you are correct. I hadn't heard of this film - I had to Google to find a film I could use "Geordie pet" with!
It does have some well-known actors in it though so not completely obscure. |

Ok, ta for the hints
![]() So far I've tried: The Garden Of The Danger Of The Genius Of The Singer Of The Spider Of The Guides Of but none leave 5 letters that befit a film title for the last word. Would I be correct to discount them or am I missing something? |

You are correct ...
Correct to discount them, that is ![]() Maybe try for the 5 letter word and work backwards? Try to put a positive spin on the frustration - the achievement will seem more worth it! |

Rather stumped! Some thoughts:
Sick...ill green wan Onboard...'in' maybe if its a synonym....or 'on' could be an instruction that the solution to 'sick' goes on top of the solution to 'board' (i.e in the middle of) Assuming 'since he went' is passive for the time being Undercover....spy, agent, hidden.....or 'under' could be an instruction and just cover the synonym.... |

It's a bit more straightforward than that.
![]() First word is the anagram indicator, the following two the fodder, the rest of it a clue to the film! |
