Fiver has gone (?)
dinglelea

On Saturday, August 1st, I received an update on my Humax HDR, to the effect that one channel had been removed. On Sunday, I wanted to record a programme on Fiver. IT HAS GONE. Can anyone else confirm this?

Fiver was never on Freesat. It's not even FTA. If you mean Five, that's still there (for me at least).

Fiver was never there in the first place, it was the Audi Channel that disappeared last week

Oh no the Audi channel has gone, how will I cope?

On second thoughts I've never watched it.

I'm doubly ashamed to admit that I did watch it once and it was a program about Alex Ferguson. Not a bads day work for him, talk about football most of the time, say what a nice car it was and get a fifty grand motor for the trouble.

I watched the DTM series highlights on the Audi Channel. It used to be on Motors TV (when I was a Sky subscriber), but when I ditched Sky, I was delighted to find the highlights free to air on Audi TV.

It appears that only you and I have this problem! Fiver has been replaced on our digital set by Craft and Create. Presumably Fiver has disappeared.

I can only imagine you're both posting in the completely wrong forum?, as already mentioned, Fiver has NEVER been on Freesat.

Fiver has never been available free to air on satellite on any platform. Freesat can only recieve fta so has never had access. It's in the same place as it's always been on Astra 2A 12422 H 27500 2/3 encrypted and requiring a sky box with a card to view. So what digital set are you referring to ?.

But it is on 'Freesat from Sky' which could easily confuse people who just get (or inherit) that service.

Although why they choose to post in a '+' forum is a bit of a mystery.

The OP specifically mentions a hdr.

What I meant was that it's a 'Freesat' matter, not an HDR matter specifically.
