Hi there!
As a relatively longtime reader of the forums, finding them particularly useful for my satellite and Freeview setups, I felt it finally time to grow a pair and actually chime in. I won't be around hugely regularly due to the various other demands on my web-time, but now I can actually speak up if I spot something worth saying, which is an improvement at least. If you've ever wanted gibberish, by lordy you've got it now!
I should probably list some of my favourite TV shows of all time, but as they include Look Around You, Darkwing Duck, The Crystal Maze, KYTV, The Day Today, Family Fortunes, Samurai Pizza Cats, Catchphrase and The Two Ronnies, it's probably more trouble than it's worth to do so...

Ola guys and girls, thought I'd better pop in and say hello

I'm a 37 year old guy in Edinburgh who has no more than a general interest in tv and radio. I guess I was drawn here as I am quite interested in the politics of show business, who knows what about this and that in the world of tv and radio. As a long time reader of DS (although brand new poster) I've read enough to tell me that there seem to be more than a few well connected people on this site......(or does everyone just like us to THINK they're in the know ), and I always find an interesting subject to settle into in these threads.

Myself? My job means I meet a fair few 'celebs' of varying degrees, and I've often managed to get little bits of gossip here and there. I've candidly spoken to a good number of tv/music 'celebs' (remember when that word suggested someone had an underlying talent?) and have sometimes been left quite shocked with how easily people can bitch about someone to someone they've never met before. Suggests showbusiness is full of wee sweetie wifeys to me?......perhaps some of you out there already know that tho eh?!!

Not really a fan of reality TV, not watched much of BB or CBB since 2006
But I couldn't resist the lineup in CBB this January, so I've been watching it
I had to Google the jibe that Jim Davidson made to Linda Nolan this evening and it took a while to find the answer, then I found a mega thread about it in this forum
