My wife calls me a major moaner because I like to moan and complain about things that aren't right like people leaving rubbish out for days before the bin men come around etc. Or why the council haven't fixed the leaky drain that is reported every week.

The wife says its all trivial. But its not if you pay for a service and are not getting the service you're paying for ?
