Hi, welcome to DS.
Hello. Been off FB for a while because I couldn't stand it any more; still use Twitter, but find it a bit saturated. Have recently read a lot of DS stuff about the Claudia Lawrence case and the Jill Dando case, and a few months back, about the Christopher Jefferies dramatisation.
Decided to join up because there's some interesting discussion on here, and I hope to make a few contributions to it.

When Downton Abbey aired here in the US, I watched the preview for Poldark with much interest. Having been introduced to the happy-go-lucky Aidan Turner in The Hobbit, I wasn't sure how he was going to be so serious in this new role of Ross Poldark. What a pleasant surprise!
Just looking for a place to discuss some of my thoughts and questions of the show, so glad to have found a forum.

I'm also a refugee from a different forum that got shut down (Hi BattleAxe!) and looking forward to more varied discussions than is appropriate to have publicly on Facebook.
I first tried to register a week ago as 'Shea_Lilyana' and then immediately regretted the choice of username, so just as well that account never got approved by the mods and I registered again!
