Something like Match would be an obvious choice because of football.
I think we can easily rule out it being in the likes of the Dandy or the Beano and the likes of Take a Break, Chat etc. Doesn't leave that many weekly magazines it could be in. Mind you there is always the TV listing magazines. Pete said that the 1 page weekly strip will give him time to work on the TV show/Movie. |

Maybe so, but you can probably eliminate it for the same reason as The Beano - it's aimed at kids, and Striker sometimes has racy storylines. By the way, The Dandy isn't weekly any more, it changed into the fortnightly Dandy Xtreme two years ago.

Pete said he'd let us know which mag it was going into before Christmas so thats today or tomorrow...
I have a feeling it will be Zoo, Striker has been in there before so they already have some kind of relationship. |

I refuse to buy Nuts as they don't treat women well and treat them as sex objects.
I read Striker in ASDA. |

I say BRING IT BACK!!!
Anyway, I reckon a lot of those Virtals were staged or done in Photoshop. |

Old news, those virals are gone. Shadows: the Awakening replaced them a couple of months ago.

Some of the virals were probably faked or done in photoshop anyway but if you want some surreal posts, have a look at the Retail Workers what annoys you or the complaints made to travel agents forums.

No thanks, as far as I was concerned it was good riddance to the virals. I always thought that when Striker went that another strip should replace it, and belatedly, The Sun has now done that.

Does anyone still read Striker? ...did it continue you on from where it left off (in The Sun?)

I only read a couple of the strips after the relaunch, but as far as i remember it started with Scrapper in hospital or something, and him telling the story of how he ended up there and the story started from where the strip ended in the Sun.
