Funny icon

I have an icon which is 3 "v" shapes - 1 up, 1 Down and 1 pointing left. It is in the bottom right hand corner of all recordings and is most annoying. Anyone else got this and can I remove it. TIA

This can appear when playing back recordings.

Press Exit button to remove it.
