Footygirl I hope you are right about Julianne Hough I love her DWTS.

Em who is Lizo Mzimbo and Steve Jones and Sally Lindsey.

Julianne Hough is having a break from doing DWTS this autumn because she is working on her country music career, but I think she hopes to be back for the next series. She isn't going to be a new pro on SCD - at least not right now.

She also got the a part on the new Footlose movie, so I don't think she has in her mind dancing competion in her mind. I would love to see Julianne or Karina on SCD.

Sally Lindsay played Shelley in Coronation Street

I would LOVE Kara and Brian, I am sure that would be a potential winner
I would rather Adrian go with Lilia though, because I REALLY like him and I don't really like her
And as for penny and brendan, should make good TV

Where did the idea that Julianne Hough might be new pro spring from? As Buddy says she left dwts so she can pursue her music career. Can't see her crossing the Pond to do scd.

As for the line-up - it sounds pretty horrendous to me. I just hope that those on the list I've never heard of turn out to be hopefuls, 'cos I can't say I particularly like any of those I have heard of!

Karina is confirmed for the new series od DWTS which starts at roughly the same time

I'd be astonished if PS was a contender - because ITV normally does anything it can to block its current stars appearing on a major BBC show (GMTV stars aside).

GMTV is a channel though....its not a part of ITV

Lizo is a fun idea, but I'm surprised Kate Silverton hasn't been mentioned ... especially as she keeps disappearing from the sofa on BBC Breakfast. Rehearsing, perhaps?

I think SCD7 has enough room for two breakfast queens, both Kate & Penny got personalitys IMO

Kate was abroad for a while - can't remember exactly where - doing charity work. But I guess someone will have to fill the (seemingly) essential newsreader!
