I originally only had Tiscali because I couldn't access any kind of TV in my new flat - We weren't allowed a Sky dish (Housing Association rules), Virgin weren't anywhere nearby, and I couldn't even get a terrestrial signal, so Freeview and BT Vision were non-starters.

Now I'm more than happy with the broadband and telephone, but....

We are now being allowed access to a communal Sky dish, and it appears to be cheaper and much better service than Tiscali in terms of TV.

However, Sky's broadband and phone packages are, from personal experience, pants!

Has anyone tried cancelling Tiscali TV and keeping the rest of the package? How long do they normally need to remove the TV box?
