Cheese!!!
You can't beat a super strong mature fizzy Cheddar, a young live Stilton or an extra stinky creamy Camembert...

Or a realy stringy cheese string.
No, that's a joke. I love cheeses but not the ones that are too creamy, I don't really eat dairy products but for cheese I make a rather large exception. |

Roquefort or Shropshire Blue gets my vote.....delicious with some Adamsons Pittenweem Oatcakes.
I have just recently discovered the countries best cheese shop on a visit to St Andrews, and luckily they have a branch in Glasgow too. I'll be spending a lot of time in there trying new cheeses. http://www.mellischeese.co.uk/MellisHome.asp |

I can't stand stinky cheeses, but I love other cheeses.
Emmental and Gruyere from Switzerland, and Edam and Gouda from The Netherlands are my top favourites. |

I dont generally buy lots of different cheeses, mainly because i would eat them !!! I love cheese. I like soft cheese, hard cheese, stinky cheese .... you name it, i love it.
My husband though is boring, and he only likes mature cheddar, which im not keen on. Which is good - as i dont eat it (fattening you see !). But i get through so much as he has a habit of cutting lumps off the cheese and eating it with a pack of crisps. |

Far sandwiches / cheese on toast it has to be a nice mild cheddar, Red Leciester or Edam for me.
Parmesan for pasta dishes, Mozzarella for salads, Grilled (or fried ) Halloumi makes a delish starterBut my overall super fave cheese that I could live on would be Feta..... |

I love cheese SO much. But I am like Porcupine - don't buy it too much.Mainly because if I bought a massive piece of brie, i would easily eat it in one evening!! Cheese is where I do NOT trust myself!
I like brie, most smelly blue cheese, ESPECIALLY dolcelatte, cheddar, soft cheese, Bousin, goats cheese, mozarella, halloumi...sooo most. Not a fan of things like wensleydale, but apart from that. Oh god I want some cheese so much now!!! |

I'm not very adventurous with cheese. I don't eat much of it, but if I do it's usually just Cheddar (Davidstow is the best), Jarslberg, Red Leicester, Mozerella and Parmasan -things like that. I can't stand smelly cheeses or anything with mould in!!

I wish I didn't like cheese but I bloody love it. Fruity wednesleydale or feta in salads, mature cheddar in sarnies or on toast, halloumi kebabs, baked Camembert with crusty bread. It is my absolute weakness and if my o/h wasn't such a cheese addict too I would try not to buy it.
In fact, I think I'm about 95% cheese! |

Cheese is the best. I love the varieties with fruit in so you get that sweet taste coming through.
Brie is good aswell although for some reason I don't eat the skin, just puts me off. |

Seriously strong cheddar (yellow packet) - it just crumbles and Cathedral City mature cheddar.

I'm weird with cheese. I don't like raw hard yellow cheese but love cheese pastry, cauliflower cheese and most "cooked" cheese. can eat cheese on toast if a spreading of marmite is applied and the ceese is really thin
Love creamy cheese like brie, camembert & mozerella. Hate stinky blue cheese like stilton and roquefort, love creamy blue cheese like dolceltta, love stinky creamy cheese like really ripe camembert. Odd I know! |
