Or young deer to us common people!
Anyone like this? Just had some as my wife's rich employer's were throwing it away as they thought it had been in the freezer too long! |

Only had it once and didn't like it because it was a very rich taste.
It wasn't salty though! |

I usually get it more in the autumn/winter time. I usually have it with red wine/port sauces. I try to vary it a bit with different ingredients and spices though.
I do kind of hate it when on most food programs they always seem to have it with juniper berries and red cabbage. |
