unable to order tiscali tv

Hi
does anyone who the right department is to speak to.
I joined Tiscali TV in June, was supposed to have all 3 services. The engineers appointment was on a bad day so I canceled tv at that point before the install, I tried recently to reorder and the website won't allow it on any browser.
I have called the sales office and technical support to order but 4 weeks later, no response, I have called every other day no update.
I wouldn't mind so much but they are charging me for the TV side, even though I'm not getting it!!!

Have you tried 0871 222 3311 (opt 1 opt 3)?
Alternatively PM me your number - I'll check your details and see what's happening with this.
