Have any subscribers got this message when logging into 'my account' to upgrade packages?
I've been getting it since I began subscribing over a year ago. I raised it with Tiscali at the time - nothing was done.
3,4,5,6 and 7 August I rang Sales and asked to get Sky Sports 1,2 and Extra added to my package. Each time I was told, 'yeah sweet, done' - each time nothing happened.
8,9,10,11,12 and 14 August I have rung 0871 tech support number to ask to have it manually loaded. Each time I was told, 'it's being worked on, you will have Sky within 24-48 hours and someone will call you back'. Each time - nothing, no Sky and I have never been called.
Is this acceptable? It's costing me a fortune to call and I have no idea whats going on.
I'm at my wits end and the call centre staff have had enough of me.
All anyone can say is it's been raised and it's being worked on. Well, I've been told that since 3 August and I have had enough.
Should I go direct to the CEO or straight to OFCOM or ISPA?
