hdmi coupler

Hi I recently bought a neet hdmi auto switch for my home cinema set up.This switch is really good accept for one thing.I want to be able to plug it directly in to my tv to neaten it up behind my tv.I am trying to find some where that sells a male to male coupler to do this.If anyone knows of anywhere it would be really appreciated

Never seen one, or heard of one, and it sounds pretty pointless - use a short HDMI lead.
